- *BE ADVISED: Those applying for entrance into a Correctional Facility as an Officer may ALSO run the PARE test (Corrections Alberta accepts both COPAT and PARE). We STRONGLY recommend you attend both the COPAT Intro Class and the PARE Intro Class to determine which test suits you. - The (CIC) is designed for those completely new to the COPAT test, have limited experience, or have not run and passed the test within the last 6 months. In this 50-minute class, you will learn all the rules, layout and proper beginner technique on all stations of the test amongst other crucial information. Gain expert knowledge and tips from a team with a combined experience of 25 plus years of law enforcement testing.
