The Canadian Criminal Justice Academy (CCJA) offers Behavioural Descriptive Interview (BDI) coaching sessions to help you prepare effectively for interviews and present yourself with confidence.

This two-hour interactive workshop introduces you to the S.T.A.R. (Situation, Task, Action, Result) model and provides hands-on practice to strengthen your interview performance. Each session also includes a resume review, an orientation to fitness testing, and a professional headshot for LinkedIn.
