Behavioural Descriptive Interview (BDI) Coaching and Workshop
The Canadian Criminal Justice Academy (CCJA) is pleased to offer Behavioural Descriptive Interview (BDI) coaching sessions. Being prepared for an in-person or electronic interview is the first step on the road to success and achieving your employment goal. Our coaching session is intended to introduce you to the S.T.A.R technique and prepare you for the Behavioural Descriptive Interview (BDI) process.
 
In our two-hour coaching and workshop session, you will participate in an interactive simulation of an interview. You will be prepared to answer behavioural-based competency questions using STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result). The STAR format is ideal for presenting your work history, education, and community involvement, to an interview panel.
