Behavioural Descriptive Interview (BDI) Coaching and Workshop The Canadian Criminal Justice Academy (CCJA) offers Behavioural Descriptive Interview (BDI) coaching sessions to help you prepare effectively for interviews and present yourself with confidence. This two-hour interactive workshop introduces you to the S.T.A.R. (Situation, Task, Action, Result) model and provides hands-on practice to strengthen your interview performance. Each session also includes a resume review, an orientation to fitness testing, and a professional headshot for LinkedIn. BDI Interview Topics: 1. Dress and deportment 2. STAR format interview model 3. Preparation for your interview 4. Resume review and coaching 5. Mock interviews Schedule: Workshop: First Wednesday of every month
