Whether you're new or a seasoned veteran to the gym and preparing for the PARE, COPAT, or APREP, our Fitness Assessment Unit (FAU) will work closely with you through focused obstacle training designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence for success. At any level of fitness – from “I have never been in a gym before” to “I am ready for a tactical run-off.”

(A-PREP) Alberta Physical Abilities Readiness Evaluation Coaching
This workshop will be rigorous, yet a supportive learning environment, with dedicated professional coaching and guidance, and motivation needed to excel at the A-PREP assessment for Alberta and Ontario’s police physical fitness standards.
