Fitness Training
Join us for high-impact, professional fitness sessions designed to get you fit for duty and test-ready. Whether you're new or a seasoned veteran to the gym and preparing for the PARE, COPAT, or APREP, our Fitness Assessment Unit (FAU) will work closely with you through focused obstacle training designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence for success. At any level of fitness – from “I have never been in a gym before” to “I am ready for a tactical run-off.”
We are located at the Calgary Central Sportsplex at Unit 8, 401-33rd Street NE.
Training times:

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 08:30 AM – 09:30 AM and 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM

Wednesday: 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM
